Project Background

Reignite has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with PA Company, a Swiss enterprise specializing in the research and development of innovative pharmaceutical and medical device products. PA Company is currently advancing the registration and commercialization of a Class III sterile ultrafine dry-powder medical device in the Chinese market.

Leveraging Reignite’s established medical device OEM manufacturing network, the project aims to jointly advance clinical and commercial production and provide professional manufacturing support for the product’s entry into the Chinese market.

Clinical Sample Stage

To meet clinical registration requirements in China, the project is expected to produce approximately 3,000 bottles of clinical samples.

Collaboration Model

• The original developer will complete the core formulation process in Europe.

• After the materials are shipped to China, Reignite will coordinate the required manufacturing processes, including sterile filling, capping, labelling, sterilization, and secondary packaging.

• Depending on the project’s requirements, production may be completed through semi-automated processes or precision manual operations.

Commercial Manufacturing Stage

Once the project enters commercial production, Reignite will coordinate the product’s complete OEM manufacturing process in China, including:

• Raw material formulation

• Sterile filling

• Capping

• Labelling and packaging

• Sterilization
